Head of Housekeeping 120m+

ROTATIONAL HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING 120M+: We are seeking an experienced and confident Head of Housekeeping to join a dual season 120m+ private yacht. This is a rotational position (2:2) offering a chance to work within a large established, supportive interior team in a dynamic and professional environment. Itinerary - Dual season: - Current Cruising Area: Mediterranean - Winter Cruising: yes, further afield (itinerary TBC) Requirements: - Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Housekeeping on 90m+ vessels - Exceptional material care knowledge – the vessel has a wide variety of delicate and high-end finishes - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a large interior team and maintain high standards under pressure - Kind, patient, and team-oriented personality – supportive team culture is a priority for the Interior Managers - Excellent guest-facing skills – this is a busy, high-volume interior with frequent owner usage We’re Looking For: A candidate who is not only technically proficient but also genuinely passionate about their role, with a strong eye for detail and the emotional intelligence to support and lead a high-performing team. Package/Start:  - Start Date: Late November / Early December - Salary: €6,000–€6,500/month - Leave: 2:2 rotation
