Position Snapshot

Salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Follow up on quotes issued by the sales team
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Draft and prepare standard correspondence, including cover letters, follow-up emails, and confirmations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Interest in or basic understanding of the yachting industry (training will be provided)
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to follow established procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Mailchimp
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills across departments

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, good administrative skills and preferably have some experience / exposure to the superyacht industry
