Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for a Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a highly desirable 100m+ Motor Yacht. The vessels operates on a Dual Season/World Touring itinerary and Private program.

Looking for an experienced, highly organized, and service-driven Chief Stewardess to lead the service, housekeeping, and laundry teams under the direction of the Interior Manager on a prestigious 100m+ private yacht. This role demands exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of luxury service standards, and the ability to manage a large multinational team while ensuring an impeccable guest experience. Discretion, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

– Package: Salary in Euros
– Time for Time rotation

Experience and attributes required:
– Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in luxury yachting or high-end hospitality, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role on a large yacht 100m+
– Strong silver service, wine, and cocktail knowledge
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– High level of organization and attention to detail
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage

Qualifications required:
– Valid STCW’s and Medical
– B1B2 & Schengen Visa preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
