Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for a Rotational Head Of Service to join a highly desirable 100m+ Motor Yacht. The vessels operates on a Dual Season/World Touring itinerary and Private program.

Seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Head of Service to lead the service department onboard a prestigious 100m+ private yacht. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of guest experience. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of service, manage and train the team, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Discretion, flexibility, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.

Experience and attributes required:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury yachting min 80m+ and high-end hospitality, with at least 2-3 years in a senior service leadership role
– Advanced silver service and fine dining expertise
– Proven track record in leading, training, and developing service teams
– Meticulous attention to detail and a service-first mindset
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
– Fluent in English

Qualifications required:
– Valid STCW’s and Medical
– B1B2 & Schengen Visa preferred
