A professionally run, high-standard 115ft motor yacht is on the lookout for an exceptional Captain and Chief Stewardess Team to take the lead in an exciting Bahamas–Caribbean program. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated duo who can bring strong leadership, high-end service, and a hands-on, can-do attitude to the role.

This program values professionalism with personality, calm under pressure, polished in presentation, and positive in approach.

CAPTAIN

You’ll bring solid experience running yachts of similar size, with sharp operational oversight, excellent seamanship, and confident command of crew, planning, and guest relations.

Requirements:
• Master 350gt or higher
• Valid STCW & Medical
• B1B2 Visa (required)
• AEC1 or 2 (beneficial)
• Proven leadership, guest-focused mindset, and smooth operational style

CHIEF STEWARDESS

You’re poised, proactive, and professional, with a talent for creating five-star guest experiences and a knack for managing the interior with grace, structure, and warmth.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW, Seafarers Medical, Food Hygiene Level 2
• B1B2 Visa (required)
• Strong interior management experience
• Excellent service standards and leadership skills
