Deckhand/Stewardess – Private 30m S/Y
This is an exciting opportunity aboard a stunning, high-performance 30m private sailing yacht – a modern full carbon sloop cruising some of the most beautiful destinations in Italy. The yacht is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deckhand/Stewardess to join a tight-knit, professional crew. Shared cabin with another female sailor.

Start date: 5 August 2025
Itinerary: Italian Islands and the Italian Riviera
Package: Salary (DOE), 1-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience on sailing superyachts in a similar role
• Strong sailing background and confidence working aloft (up to 40m)
• Proactive and able to follow instruction
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering a job well done
• Highly organised, neat and tidy
• Keen to learn and grow their career in sailing
• Happy to assist across deck and interior – a true “all-rounder”

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Yachtmaster (preferred)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
