STCW, ENG1 Valid PP, ENG1, Culinary certifications and at least 2 years of experience on large yachts or cruise ships

Description:

We are looking for a Sous Chef / Relief Head Chef for a 100m+ Private MY. Busy itinerary. Minimum qualifications: STCW, ENG1 Valid PP, ENG1, Culinary certifications and at least 2 years of experience on large yachts or cruise ships. The candidate should have exceptional culinary knowledge, style and presentation skills, including a broad knowledge of international cuisine and techniques. The candidate must also have a keen eye for detail and standard in relation to all aspects of the gallery’s activities and have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change. Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangement. Spanish / Portuguese languages a plus. . 25-40s. 61days leave per year and 2 rotation flights per year. Start ASAP. Salary €5000 DOE. Ref 1901

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
