This course is a mixture of theory and practical sessions offering essential knowledge on how to provide immediate basic medical care at the scene of an accident or other medical emergencies.

We normally offer this course as a part our U.K. MCA Approved STCW Basic Training Package and the dates shown are for commencement of that 5 day package.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must have a valid ENG 1, or an equivalent.
Note. ENG 1 is not available in Thailand. We are able to provide details of where to obtain a Norwegian Seafarers Medical in Bangkok, which is an acceptable equivalent.
