We seek a talented Chef to deliver fine-dining experiences at sea. for a private 43m sailing yacht accommodating 8 guests and 6 crew.

Looking for candidates that can join immediately.

Sailing itinerary for 2025 is the Western and Eastern Med.

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare all meals (guest and crew), accommodating dietary needs and special occasions
  • Source, inspect, and manage provisions; control costs and minimize waste
  • Maintain a clean, organized galley; adhere to HACCP and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with Chief Stewardess on menus and schedules
  • Track culinary expenses and report monthly

Requirements

  • STCW Basic Safety Training and Food Hygiene Certification (Intermediate or higher)
  • 5 + years’ yacht chef experience (40m+ vessels) with references
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent; strong international cuisine skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and adaptability

 

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
