About this role

* 3rd Chef – Private 100m+ MY (HD-3439)

* Start date: 13th May 2024 – Closing by the 17th of April 2024
* Location: Europe / Middle East
* Package: Salary in Euros – 114 days of leave

*Experience and attributes required:

• 3 years + working experience
• Work experience in hotel or restaurant
• Experience on cruise ship (non-mandatory but beneficial)
• Previous Yachting experience not relevant
• Hard worker & massive team player
• Personal hygiene & galley cleanliness a priority
• Organized and great time management
• Good sense of humor and easy-going character.
• To be able to follow the culinary standards set by the head chef and the team.
• Used to Cater for large Numbers
• Can do and work extra mile attitude.
• Fluent in English language and good communication skills.

*Qualifications required:

• Food Hygiene Level 2
STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Schengen visa or right to be in Europe.
• Covid Vaccinated + Booster.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
