Male Cook/ Steward Private 33 m SY

The ideal candidate will have good culinary skills coupled with a keen eye for detail and outstanding housekeeping abilities. If you have a passion for cooking, hospitality, and the open sea, we want to hear from you!

Date:           End of March – 1 November – Permanent for right candidate

Location:      Mediterranean

Package:      Salary in Euros, 38 days’ pay leave 

Experience and attributes required:

  • Proven ability to cook delicious and nutritious meals for guests and crew.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the yacht’s interior and galley
  • Ensure all guest cabins, bathrooms, and common areas are immaculately presented.
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and crew uniforms.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support fellow crew members during docking, anchoring, and other sailing maneuvers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.


Documents required:

  • STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
  • Food & Hygiene level 2

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
