Nanny with light housekeeping duties for busy family of 4 in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) - KINM

A professional couple with two children are seeking a full-time nanny to complement their current weekly housekeeper/cleaner with a focus on the two gorgeous girls aged 2 and 9 years of age.  The little one is the main daily focus and you will be responsible for her wellbeing, including feeding, bathing, changing and dressing.  Maintaining the children’s bedrooms and play areas, preparing simple meals which will include breakfast for the older child and encouraging her to dress and get ready for school each day will also fill your daily routine together with laundry duties and other general household tasks to ensure the home is neat and tidy. 

During times you have available there will also be expectations of home management such as ensuring fridge and pantries plus other household staples are well stocked and kept organised so they are looking for someone who is motivated, has a keen eye for detail and an interest in keeping their surroundings organised.

Their current location in Kingsford will change once they move into their new residence located in Vaucluse so you must be able to attend the new location at that time.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with toddlers and primary aged children
• Drivers License and clean driving record
• Have good housekeeping and laundry skills
• Preferably have a diploma in childcare or many years of experience
• Hold a Current Police Check, First Aid and WWCC (or be prepared to complete)
• Have good references from past employers
• Drivers License and own vehicle
• Be Covid Vaccinated 

Rate: $40 per hour, depending on experience with Superannuation and Leave Entitlements

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4:00/5:00pm each day.

This is a long term, permanent position.
