Rotational Sous Chef – Private 100m M/Y
Amazing rotational Sous Chef position available for a creative, ambitious Chef. 
Lots of room for growth and progression. 

Candidates currently in Europe will be given preference


Start date:         1st October 2022
Itinerary:           Worldwide / TBC
Salary:              Highly competitive salary Paid in Euro – 2:2 rotation

Experience/attributes required:
* Minimum of 8 years professional cooking experience 
* Minimum 1 year yachting experience 
* Excellent attention to detail
* Energetic, creative, ambitious
* Positive outlook
* Teamwork and multi-tasking

Qualifications required:
* STCW (fully updated)
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
* Seafarer's Medical Certificate
* Culinary certificate
* Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)
* Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
* Fully vaccinated (client's request) mandatory

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
Non smoker / no visible tattoos

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
