LEAD DECKHAND 55M:

We are looking for a Lead Deckhand to join a busy 55m private/charter MY. This is a dual season vessel which charters all year round. They will be cruising the Med this summer, followed by the Caribbean/States in the winter.   Candidates must hold 2 years' experience, ideally with some charter experience. Strong watersports and tender experience is required. A Yachtmaster is desirable but not essential.  Lovely crew and Captain, with great longevity onboard. Friendly owners who like to get to know the crew. Crew well-being is very important, with generous amounts of time off when not on trip, and the ability to frequently get off the boat and explore ashore when on trip.

  • Leave: 38 days.
  • Salary: 3500 USD.
  • Training Scheme.
  • Start: latest 28th June.

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
