Description About the prestigious Villa

Villa, located between Cannes and Antibes.

The project
We are looking for a Head Waiter/Butler for a position to be filled in as soon as possible for a 6 month contract. 
The hours vary with a wide range of hours to be observed during the summer period.

Work weekends and holidays. Flexibility in this sense is therefore requested.

The summer period is busier than the winter period.
You recover your overtime in time off, mainly during the winter period.

Your missions

Excellent presentation, you ensure the well-being of the owners and guests: reception, installation and setting up, presentation of dishes, wines and drinks. Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of silverware and crockery.

Your sense of welcome and personalised service sets you apart from other candidates.

You make a great importance to respect with hygiene and safety procedures and rules.

You will have 4-5 head waiters under your control, especially during the summer period.

Ability to organise and manage the department and the team.

Great availability and reactivity, discretion and confidentiality.

Calm and efficient under operational pressure.
Desired Profile
You speak English fluently, if you are not bilingual, you express yourself clearly. Russian is desired.

You have 5 years of successful experience in a butler's position in a gourmet restaurant, in yachting or in a private villa.

Butler training is welcome.

You must have your own car to go to your workplace.

Renewable temporary contract (CDD) with an evolution into a prominent contract (CDI)- Variable hours / Flexibility required.

References required.

Salary: 3500€ net according to profile

Live out position.

Other advantages: mutual insurance and meals fully covered by the employer.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
