A well-established 50m+ private MY is on the search for a stewardess with NZ or Australian passport and currently located in NZ/OZ to join their team.

While the yacht is currently based in South East Asia , they can only accept candidates located in Oz/NZ due to COVID restrictions

The Stewardess must above all be highly motivated and thoroughly enjoy working on a yacht with a water sports focus.

The successful candidate should have a bubbly personality, who enjoys their position on the boat and can maintain a professional demeanour.

This role requires knowledge of housekeeping and laundry protocols, fine dining and wine service as well as inventory management, skilled organization and administration of interior items.

There is a multinational crew onboard and the 2nd & 3rd stewardess should be able to work within a diverse team working alongside a total crew of 13

Traditionally, there is an excellent crew dynamic onboard this vessel along with personable owners and guests.

The vessel typically enjoys cruising off the beaten track, mostly for dive trips, however until travel bubble extends the yacht will be based in Singapore.

The Ideal Candidate

• STCW
• 1 seasons experience for 3rd or 2-3 years for 2nd stewardess
• Longevity in previous positions
• Strong service and housekeeping skills
• Upbeat, positive and professional demeanour
• Nursing background advantageous for 3rd stew (but not essential)
• Enjoys a yacht with water sports focus
• Looking to learn off a very experienced chief stewardess
• Can lead and also take direction
