We are looking for a Russian-speaking Villa Service Manager (Head Housekeeper) for a villa based in Switzerland (Lausanne).

Areas of responsibility:

  • Organization and control of service personnel.
  • Control of interaction of services with employees.
  • Maintaining a "family" schedule.
  • Events organization (indoor and outdoor).

What we expect from the candidate:

  • Fluency in Russian and English or French.
  • We are looking for a person with an EU passport.
  • Experience as a Chief Stewardess (or Head Housekeeper) on a yacht or experience in the hospitality business or experience in managing private real estate.

Conditions:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary level is discussed with each candidate according to the results of the interview.
  • We will consider candidates from any country and provide the necessary assistance with the relocation.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the Russian language is required.
