Adventure Yacht Charter Company - Liveaboard Marketing & Sales Associate

A dream job in Paradise! We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Associate to join us onboard our adventure and wellness charter yachts in the stunningly beautiful Islands of the Bahamas. Imagine working in an air-conditioned office with breathtaking turquoise water views during the workday, and then swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing and all kinds of other watersports and island exploration in your downtime (i.e., when no charter guests are onboard).

Duties include culling leads via the internet, making calls and sending pre-written emails, following up with leads by phone and email, and tracking your activity in Excel. Additionally, pitching in with light assistant stew duties during meal service while on charter, as part of our outstanding liveaboard crew team. Must be perfectly fluent speaking and writing in English.

Compensation: All onboard expenses paid (you incur no rent, no car, no food expenses). 5-15% commission on sales with high, realistic earning potential. Plus a minimum monthly draw against commission of US$2,000. As foreign earned income, legally no income taxes would be owed. (Verify this with your tax advisor.)
