Temporary Sous/Head Chef opportunity for 75m Charter M/Y

2 weeks as Sous Chef then 2 weeks as Head Chef 

Start:        1 August for one month 
Location:   Middle East
Package:   Euro rate

Experience and Attributes Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 60m+ yachts as Head Chef including charter experience
  • Exceptional culinary skills, with a vast international repertoire, skillset and technique
  • Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

Qualifications Required:

  • Ship's Cook Certificate
  • Chef Qualification
  • STCW (all updated)
  • Security Awareness or Designated Security Duties Certificate
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
  • Seaman's Discharge Book (essential)

Open to male/female candidates

Non Smoker only and with no visible tattoos

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
