The Marina is expanding to cater for the booming marine industry and the demands of the upcoming Americas Cup & will require additional experienced technicians and apprentices for an immediate start.

Here’s what we need from you:

• Marine electrical background
• Current practicing licence an advantage (but not essential)
• Experience working in the marine industry, with a good knowledge of boats.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in various systems.
• Experience with AC and DC systems commonly found on boats.
• Experience with navigation and communication electronics.
• Ability to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Honest and trustworthy, with strong work ethic.
• Pride and ownership of your workmanship
• Great people skills with fellow workmates, contractors and customers.
• A clean, full NZ Driver’s license.
