Deckhand 28m Sail Catamaran- New Zealand & Europe

Are you a deckhand or deck/stew located close to NZ and available for an immediate start?

Are you looking to build sea miles and head to Europe for 2019 season?

A high end 28m Sail Charter Catamaran is on the search for an enthusiastic deckhand to join their professional team.

The yacht will cruise the remainder of summer around New Zealand (Bay Of Islands) before heading to Auckland where it will make preparations to be shipped to Europe for the summer season.

The Deckhand will need to join before the 7th February as the yacht will be cruising with guests until 3rd March (2-6 guests)

If the deckhand proves worthy they will have the option of continuing on for the European summer season & possibly the Caribbean towards the end of 2019

Open to both Male & Female candidates and would strongly consider deck/stews as there may be some interior work required

The Ideal Candidate

• STCW + ENG 1
• Preferably from a sail background
• Daywork or 1 season experience
• Very hands on
• Looking to learn and highly motivated
• Can assist across departments
• Will offer a firm commitment
• Work rights for Australia/ NZ (for Visa only)
• Located close or within NZ

Start- ASAP or Before 7th February (preferably from NZ)

Salary- Up to 2500€ / month + 3 days / month annual leave + health Insurance (MLC compliant)
