Mate 32m Private yacht - Australia & New Zealand

Are you an experienced decky with a yachtmaster or equivalent?

Are you interested in fishing & diving and doing a complete circumnavigation of Australia?

A well run 32m private yacht is on the search for an experienced Mate to join their crew of 4

The Mate will have their OWN cabin and therefore the yacht is open to both male & female candidates

The yacht will cruise Australia until November before looking to cross over to NZ for a brief yard period.

From there the yacht will re-enter Australia with the intention of doing a complete circumnavigation.

The Mate will be an all-round waterman/women with a passion for adventure and all things water

The Ideal Candidate

• Yachtmaster offshore or equivalent
• STCW
• 2-3 season on board yachts
• enjoys fishing and diving
• Some Padi qualifications
• Has experience with tender driving (jet)
• Good with guests and crew
• Active and energetic, can work unsupervised
• Looking to build up sea and bridge time
• Available to commence at short notice
• Will offer a minimum 1 year commitment
• Work rights for Australia/NZ

Start Date– ASAP

Salary– Starting at $4,500 AUD / month going up to $5,000 AUD after 3-month probation and pending performance
