Our Client is looking for an experienced House Manager or Hotel Manager to lead a team in a private villa estate complex. The house is full staffed with butlers, housekeepers, security, chefs, chauffeurs etc. This is a new residence for the family and you will be involved from the 'grand opening' and on to the every day management of this property.

The successful candidate must have some work experience in a top hotel back ground or high end private resistance and you will need to have the highest of standards, be a great communicator who is able to motivate and train their staff. In addition your role will also involve keeping inventories, arrange events, make up rotas, ordering stock, and anything else that enables the property to run smoothly. This role needs an eye for detail, the ability to present a large property to the highest standards and make sure that you and your staff offer a 6* service to the Principals and their guests.

You only need to speak English for this role, and you do not need any experience of working in Dubai. It is essential that you are a confident driver.

Your salary package will be top notch for someone with top level experience! Your salary will be 7,000 Euros per month tax free, and in addition there is a generous housing allowance for rent for a private apartment away from the main residence. In addition you will be given a car for use on and off duty, a mobile phone, and private health insurance.
