About the yacht

A beautiful 43 meter private M/Y, based in the South of France. The boat runs with 7 crew.

The project

Looking for a Chef to start as soon as possible for a seasonal contract until end of September.

Usually around 3-7 guests onboard. Great longevity among crew. Mediterranean healthy cuisine with fresh vegetables, fish etc. The boat will not cruise a lot, approx 20 days/1 month during the season.

If both parties are happy, there is the possibility for the position to become permanent, with the candidate working at the owners' villa during the winter season. This is a family-oriented yacht with children on board.

Desired profile

  • You need to have previous chef experience on a boat of similar size.
  • Drama free and professional.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Must have Ship Cook Certificate on hand.

Salary : 6000 €/month.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
