An exciting opportunity for a Temp Sous Chef to join a 100m+ new build yacht during a busy period of guest trips. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys guest-focused cooking and can integrate quickly into a professional large-yacht environment.

  • Assisting primarily with guest food preparation and service
  • Supporting the Head Chef closely
  • Working within a collaborative galley team of three chefs
  • Joining the vessel in the Mediterranean
  • Temporary cover role during a busy guest period
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Planned end date: around mid-July

What we are looking for: previous experience as a Sous Chef on yachts of similar size, strong guest cooking and presentation skills, ability to integrate quickly into an established team, organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a professional and flexible approach to busy guest operations.

What’s on offer: salary $8,000 USD per month and the opportunity to gain experience onboard a 100m+ new build yacht within a professional galley environment with strong team support.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
