Position suitable for a team/couple.

We are currently looking for a Temporary Captain and Stew/Mate couple for a:

  • 50' Sailing yacht Private
  • May 29th – June 30th
  • Jon in the US and travel to the Bahamas
  • Mate/Stew; Must be able to stand watch and prepare the occasional meal.
  • Salaries: Captain: $7k pro rata and Stew: $5.5k

We are currently looking for an experienced Captain with engineering skills and a Mate/Stew couple to join this lovely Catamaran temporarily to cover the existing crew's leave. The ideal candidate has experience cruising the Bahamas and is available for the dates mentioned above. As this is a small yacht roles are very hybrid and you help where you can.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
