60m new build private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join an exciting new dual season program. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a heavily charter-focused vessel from launch stage, helping establish strong systems and standards within the interior team.

The role:

  • Support the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day management of the interior
  • Lead and guide an interior team of 4+
  • Oversee service, housekeeping, and laundry standards across the vessel
  • Heavy charter dual season program
  • First rotation: Mid June – Mid July
  • Rejoining for full rotation in Mid September

What we're looking for:

  • Previous 2nd Stewardess experience
  • Experience leading a team of 4+ interior crew
  • Strong charter background is essential
  • Confident across all interior departments
  • Organised, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
  • Professional and adaptable approach within a new build environment
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
