Seeking a personable, organised (and clean), experienced freelance chef for a private, full-flag, 50m motor yacht. Must have experience working on similar sized vessels. This is a sole chef role. Galley is extremely well set up.

Vessel will be heading over to the Bahamas for a trip with owners and family. There are nine crew in total. Owners are US nationals.

Required: B1/B2 visa or US citizenship, STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene, and culinary certification.

Start: Fort Lauderdale on 18 December. Finish: 6 January, returning to Fort Lauderdale. Salary/day rate: approximately $650 (TBD).
