Rotational Third Chef 90m

We are looking for a culinary trained and talented Third Chef to join a high-profile charter vessel. With 2:2 rotation and an experienced team onboard, this is a strong opportunity for a Chef to take on a busy charter programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Sous Chef on crew food and provide assistance with guest preparation; work collaboratively within the galley team.
  • Contribute to service for top charter clients during a busy season and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Work independently, show initiative, and share knowledge within a skilled galley team.

Requirements:

  • Culinary training and restaurant experience.
  • Minimum two years served on similar sized yachts; prior experience on 80m+ vessels is important to understand large-yacht dynamics and expectations.
  • Comfortable working within a team of three in the galley on rotation, part of a wider team of six chefs.

Package:

  • Rotation: 2:2.
  • Salary: Dependent on experience, paid in USD with a share of tips.
  • Start date: Early February 2026 (subject to slight change).

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
