We are looking for a Seasonal Sole Chef for a 28m private minimum charter motor yacht based in St. Kitts, cruising the Caribbean.

We are looking for a Sole Chef with previous yachting experience as well as fine dining. You must have a good eye for cleanliness and be very good at provisioning and sticking to a budget. The yacht will be based in St. Kitts and cruises the Caribbean. You will be expected to produce a high standard of varied cuisine, with a very high level of presentation and flavour for the 4 crew and up to 10 guests. Food photos and good verifiable references will be required. Open to both male and female candidates.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
