European Housekeeper - Dubai

We are working exclusively with a UHNW family to hire an additional European housekeeper to join an existing team in Dubai. The residence will not be a full-time residence, so the successful candidates must be able to work hard when the property is being used and also be trusted to work independently, maintaining the house to a high standard when it’s not being used.

You will be part of a team working under a head housekeeper. The family expects high standards, total professionalism, and complete trust from their household team.

You must hold a European passport to travel with the family. You do not need to be based in Dubai already. Accommodation is not provided; however, rental accommodation is extremely easy to find.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas of the residence to a high standard
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces as required
• Change bed linens and ensure bedrooms are fresh and well-presented
• Wash, iron, and fold laundry, including delicate fabrics
• Organise wardrobes and cupboards as needed
• Assist with packing and unpacking for the principal and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens and bathrooms
• Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting dry cleaning
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and delicate surfaces appropriately
• Follow a cleaning schedule and respond to any additional tasks requested
• Maintain discretion and ensure privacy for the family and guests

Package

• Working visa
• 30 days annual leave with 1 return flight home a year
• Working schedule: 6 days a week when the family are in residence, 5 days a week otherwise

• Salary: 18,000 AED net per month
