We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Captain to take the helm of a 43m superyacht that cruises seasonally between Florida, New England, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. This vessel operates both privately and as a successful charter yacht, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated, professional crew and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong operational expertise, exceptional guest service skills, and a passion for adventure on the water. A commitment to safety, meticulous administration, and crew wellbeing is essential. This is a hands-on, rewarding role for a Captain who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury yachting environment and enjoys creating a fun, first-class experience for owners and charter guests alike.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private or charter
  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
