Rotational Chief Stewardess – Private 75 M/Y

This is a busy private M/Y with a worldwide itinerary. The yacht is currently in the shipyard for this winter with cruising planned to return in the spring.

Start date: November 2025
Location: Worldwide/TBC
Package: Salary in Euros, 182.5 days Leave

Experience and attributes required:

• Experience working in delivering high quality service
• Minimum of 2 years continuous experience as a Chief Stew on 60+m vessels
• Extensive knowledge of both Housekeeping and Service
• Team management
• Interpersonal skills / personalised interactions
• Real passion for the role of a CS – not just the package benefits (lead by example by being enthusiastic and displaying a fun attitude.)
• Drive towards ensuring the team's progression and development (Mentorship)
• Results orientated
• Respect for the current systems in place
• Decisiveness in your decisions, leading with confidence.

Qualifications required:

• Fully updated STCW
• Food & Hygiene L2
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
